Role & Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in our team, providing the highest quality of support to both our Customers and our Sales team.   Your greatest asset will be your natural ability to form positive relationships quickly, showing your adaptability to review the daily workload and prioritise your schedule depending on business demands at any given time.

As a naturally confident communicator, you will manage and respond to all new Customer Sales enquiries.  You will liaise with the Sales team and support the progress of our sales pipelines through the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).  You quickly become integral to our new Customers placing orders for our products in a timely fashion.

Required Experience

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Support the administration of leads, prospects, and opportunities
  • Support the administration of the sales pipeline from lead to first order
  • Pass leads from initial sales enquiries over to the Sales Team
  • Input customer contact information into our CRM
  • Work with the Sales Team to handle standalone sales requests from initial contact, right through to sale conclusion
  • Hand over new customers to the Customer Services Department upon receipt of the first purchase order
  • Form positive, productive, and proactive relationships with a range of internal and external key stakeholders
  • Manage and respond to all new customer enquiries
  • Welcome new customers with enthusiasm, knowledge, and a passion for our products

About You:

Have you had prior experience supporting a sales environment?  Or do you have excellent phone handling skills and are an active listener?  With your attention to detail and organisational skills, as well as your ability to work well in a busy environment, you'll become a valued member of our team, helping our customers through the buying process.
