The German Society for Hygiene and Microbiology (DGHM) e. V. has the declared goal of promoting scientific exchange in the various sub-areas of medical and molecular microbiology, infection immunology, hygiene and general health care.
The annual conference is established as Germany's largest specialist conference in this field and offers renowned national and international experts the opportunity to present their latest research results.
With more than 1,900 members, the DGHM brings together scientists from Germany and abroad who are active in medical and molecular microbiology and patient-related hygiene and promotes research and teaching in these fields.
