The non-profit Austrian Society for Laboratory Medicine and Clinical Chemistry (ÖGLMKC) supports and promotes laboratory medicine and clinical chemistry in all its sub-areas for the best possible care of the Austrian population and supports Austrian universities and hospitals in research, teaching, further training and practical application in this field.
The aim of this congress is the presentation of laboratory medicine with its broad clinical and scientific orientation, a performance show of this subject and its excellent representatives.
The scientific sessions were organized in such a way that there is space for practical clinical use, the latest technologies, basic research and scientific activities by working groups and young colleagues. This congress should also be an image of the wide range of performance and the range of services of the subject and the importance for the modern clinic.
On the occasion of this annual conference, symposia by GALP, EASI, ÖQUASTA and the German Society DGKL will take place again.
